Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to the details you give us when you join The Jung School mailing list through the One of Us page.
Who we are
The mailing list is run by The Jung School LLC, 392 E 500 N, Lehi, UT 84043, USA. We are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at stefan@chamber.media.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your name.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and which form on the page you used.
How we use it
To email you about One of Us (screening dates, release news and notes from the production) and about The Jung School’s other films, writing and projects, and to pass your details to the film’s distributor as described below. We never sell or rent your details.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
Sharing with the film’s distributor
When you sign up, you agree that we may pass your name and email address to the company that distributes One of Us, so they can tell you about its release. We share it only with that one company. Once they have it, they are responsible for it under their own privacy policy, and every email they send must let you unsubscribe from them.
Who handles it for us
Your details are stored by the services we use to run the list: Netlify (website and form hosting), and any email service we use to send our updates. They process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where data leaves the UK or EU it is protected by the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we never email you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy. Write to us at the address above and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Children
The list is for people aged 16 and over. If you believe a younger person has signed up, contact us and we will remove them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
